Briefly, my ministry can be described in this way: “As a pastor, college professor, and bible teacher I know the rigors of the pastorate. Briefly, my ministry can be described in this way: “As a pastor, college professor, and bible teacher I know the rigors of the pastorate. It is not for the faint at heart, and as the world grows darker, the job of the pastor is getting harder. That's where I come in. As Betty Ann and I travel throughout the Northeast, we realize that there is an urgent and crucial need to emphasize the literal interpretation of God’s Word as well as the need to study prophecy which is sadly being neglected. Our goal is to encourage pastors and the Body of Christ by preaching hope, providing resources for ministry, encouraging involvement and challenging holy living as we anticipate the return of Christ for His betrothed bride."
It is my desire to help pastors and the local church by speaking on topics like end-time prophecy, Jewish holidays and feasts, Jewish history, modern Israel, antisemitism, biblical righteousness, God’s heart and plan for Israel as well as why Christians should care about Israel. The understanding of these subjects are becoming all the more important as we see many ancient prophecies of Scripture unfolding before our eyes.
Our specific areas of ministry include: Prophecy Up Close conferences, Missionary conferences, Regional church fellowships/meetings, Sunday School/church services, Passover Seders, Bible Conferences, Pulpit supply, and am available for small group gatherings.

And more.

Church was a familiar place to me while growing up. I was baptized as an infant, confirmed as a teenager, and faithfully attended my church. In fact, it seldom occurred to me that there was something more to one’s faith than just a cordial attendance and a token allegiance to God. It was during my high school and college years that I began to see through the empty formality and powerlessness of my relationship with God, and I began to drift.
At the age of twenty-five, I found myself out of college with seemingly everything ahead of me; yet, I was dissatisfied with the direction and values in my life. It was at this point, along with the encouragement of a Christian friend that I began to search for a real relationship with God.
Not far from my home, a small group of people met twice weekly for Bible study and fellowship. I had noticed their meetings while driving back and forth to work. One evening I finally stopped and inquired if they taught the Bible and whether or not they would teach me. The following Thursday I attended a meeting, though I was a bit apprehensive as to whether I would be deceived and led into a cult. All I knew about God was that He was the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. I prayed specifically mentioning these patriarchs saying, “It is to their God, this is the One to whom I speak.” I asked Him to show me if what I heard was true or false. That night I was convicted of my lost condition before God and shortly thereafter, I accepted Jesus as my personal Lord and Savior.
Immediately following my salvation, radical changes began to take place in my life. Selfish and worldly thoughts and activities were replaced by a desire to teach the Word of God and to encourage spiritual growth among family, friends, and acquaintances. I found myself driven by a desire to learn God’s Word and share the gospel with others.
Within a short time following my salvation, I was transferred to Cleveland, Ohio, where I became active in the Northfield Baptist Church. There I was grounded in the Word. I was soon active in a number of ministries. I taught a boys ninth grade Sunday school class and soon began to develop a Friday night college and career group. I was eventually asked to lead an adult Bible study on Monday nights in addition, of course, to my secular job.
As the Lord continued to lead in my life, I sensed His calling into a full-time ministry. I realized the various ministries I had assumed were preparing me for seminary. In August 1979, I left for Chattanooga, Tennessee, and attended Temple Baptist Theological Seminary. There I met and married my wife, Betty Ann. We both became involved in various ministries together. We team taught a training union class. We were approved by the Director of the Women’s Gospel Ministry to teach, counsel, and disciple the ladies there. Later we assisted in the directing of the women’s Mission. At the same time the pastor of our church appointed us as lay- leaders, which included the shepherding assigned families.
As our schooling drew to a close, the Lord directed us to the Calvary Baptist Church in Waterbury, Connecticut. I was called to be the Senior Pastor. The church then numbered forty adults and one child. During the following years, the church grew under a strong preaching and teaching ministry.
While pastoring full-time I completed by D.Min at the Dallas Theological Seminary
In addition to pastoring I had the opportunity to teach at the New England Baptist College in Southington, CT. since 1992. As my 40+ year ministry at Calvary is coming to a close. We are thankful that the Lord allowed us to bring Calvary to its full potential. Furthermore, good men have been equipped and brought into leadership who can continue to lead the church forward. My wife and I are now seeking to help pastors and other local churches ministry.
